So I suppose I should also clarify exactly what I am going to be covering gaming wise as well as gear wise on this site, so let's take care of that.

I have work and a lot of other things to do, so most of my gaming reviews and covering will be on PC gaming, but if I find good deals I'll post them regardless of system they are on. Most of the genres I will be covering will be shooters, submitting my take on them as far as the tactics and weapons issues. I will not be covering Call of Duty, as this game isn't necessarily a bad game, but I don't like it, and I can't stand people who play it and think they know everything about the firearms world because of it.
I will be covering other games outside of shooters, as well. These may be few and far in between, because I don't like a lot of RPGs, and the gaming market has taken an unfortunate turn to favor shooters. Pretty much the big things these days seem to be shooters and indie games.

As for tactical things I will be reviewing, its mostly going to be products and gear I purchase for personal use. I will start including pictures with the gear in use and other things of that nature. As much as I would love to review firearms, I don't have the money to go out and buy every single one. If you would like my OPINION on a firearm however, any firearm, just ask. I do a LOT of shooting, both civilian and in the military, and could give you some points to consider. If I have no fired it, I'll find a range that has it, and shoot it and give you my after impressions.

Hope this clears a few things up, and sorry for the jumbled text that have been my last few posts. I'm looking at getting an actual domain, and I'll start having much more options to work with. It'll look professional soon enough!

Mass Effect !

So I started playing through these games again, all the way from the first one, and I forgot how much I enjoy them. Every single little thing you do seems to carry over to the other games. I won't lie, I got Mass Effect 3, but have not played it yet. Played it for about ten minutes then realized I didn't like having a soldier, so started over as an Infiltrator. Much more fun.

I'm sure almost everyone has played these games, or at lease heard of them, so I'm going to cover some basics, and maybe if you haven't have the chance to try them, this will make you try them!

First things first, DLC. DLC is just that, its just extra downloadable content. If you don't like it, don't buy it. No one is forcing it down your throat, and it doesn't change anything in the other games, but its an awesome addition.

Secondly, some changes throughout the games. The first game is a much more in depth RPG style game, with you gaining 2 points per level that you acquire, and you spend these points on an elaborate tree of skills, to include things such as speech skills.
I feel this is worth mentioning, as the system was overhauled in the second game to make it easier and more streamlined, which in this case is not a bad thing. In the first game you had to point points into Intimidate or Charm to make the speech choices in the game for the most part. In ME2, they are heavily influenced by your actions, which I highly prefer.

And lastly, the gameplay throughout both games is just non-stop fun. Even with me quick saving in some areas just to test what options I could pull off in conversations, everything is presented beautifully. There are glitches here and there, but who doesn't have them?

As I said, this isn't really a review, just a lazy overview of the game, in an effort to get people who have not have a chance to play it, a chance.

I can't really give my thoughts on ME3 other than what I've seen in the media. I hear the ending sucks, get over it. Same thing with the DLC. Do I agree with the people that say it never should have been DLC in the first place? Yes. But griping about it doesn't change it. BioWare is actually proving they are listening, and seem to be working to fix it. Another reason why everyone should support their efforts, even though Dragon Age wasn't my cup of tea.

If you're looking to pick up these games, there has never been a better time to buy! I mean seriously, these are some killer prices.

New Blog!

All right! Starting up a new blog here! Let's see how we can make this thing play out.

I guess I should start out by saying what I hope to accomplish here!

The purpose of this blog is mostly to share Video Game and Tactical Gear reviews, as well as share some great deals I come across over the internet so my followers can keep up with me. I'll also share the occasional random thing here and there, because everyone loves filler.

I don't like talking about myself or my background, so if you're really interested, just ask.
Just know I am a highly educated firearms enthusiast and big time game player.
